Returning Home (Story 11)

Okay Hello,
I took a little break from uploading videos because i was really trying to spend as little time connected to the internet while abroad. I finished traveling and came back home (yesterday) to continue to work before i move up to the mountains.
Going to Asia was such an amazing experience. I spent my time there with some really truly amazing human beings, eating lots of yummy food, and doing a ton of yoga. But honestly im also very happy to be back home and and VERY excited for the future and the things that are in my life right now. Anywyas, thank you guys for sticking around for another video. For anyone who wants to know, what Isabel is talking about is something Carl Jung referred to as Shadow Work. Taking proactive steps to heal your soul wounds, and embrace and integrate the parts of your conscious and subconscious you repressed because of societal expectations. Great great video again, I did a backpack travel in northern Vietnam 3 years ago. When I came back home I noticed that was the best travel I did, I cannot explain why, I felt so much connected with myself in this country. I never been to Bali but I will, one day

When I was younger I spent five months over and South Vietnam it was beautiful and I loved it there and I would love to go back someday if I get my health back after I was injured at work a few months after getting back from overseas. But you're completely right that lousy time to breathe to take in what we are dealing with day-to-day and not be so easily distracted. I loved the food and the hospitality of people

Thank you so much my beautiful soul.. please keep doing the videos it will likely inspire many to live a natural way of life... which will ultimately free the mind of any attachments leading to higher and deeper states of consciousness... fulfilling your purpose through this path.. I would like to share my experience(I feel someone might be needing this): In my case I was confused identifying myself in my thoughts of what makes me happy and am I really feeling happy in that moment of me doing the things which i presumed will bring my mind in a state of happiness(whether if at all there is a feeling of happiness or people just feel a state of mind while living their life's or is it all me or I the observer observing the feeling as an another emotion emerging out of waste ocean of emptiness out of which i consciousness alone existing as the i feeling in all the beings as the existing i conciseness.of their individual self... thus after all my research about this i in me and all.. i came to the same conclusion as you said in the beginning... this i consciousness in us feeds on something which drives their whole life.. im sleepy bye..

Try transforming in the chaos of the city. I think it may take a bit more intention and a lot more being present. I have found that in the city, I have more opportunities to let go of all the things that I thought made me who I am. Solitude can be healing when it's a choice. I appreciate my ability to accept and love all those around me, no matter how ignorant, angry, or misguided they may be. This is not something I can do while traveling. I am too busy appreciating how different it is from my reality in Seattle. Living in Nepal for three months gave me more solitude than I ever found at home. I still feel I have found myself more here, than in a foreign country where the beliefs are so different than mine.

Through your videos I got a feeling like you don't like the way you look (sometimes you say that you don't think you're beautiful). And it's so not true! To me you're so beautiful! Your energy, your charm, your presence.. To me you're a person I would like to be friends with and that's the true beauty. And it's not only the inside I'm talking about, but the outside as well!
