Both Studio 6A and 6B are actually fairly small TV studios. Both are around 3,500 to 3,600 Sq Ft in space which is tiny compared to the studios the other talk shows use. Good camera angles, wide angle lenses and carefully constructed sets make those studios at 30 Rock look big on screen

More of this please! I absolutely love seeing-the-behind the scenes to The Tonight Show (with Mr. Fallon). Watching the creative process in action is deeply fascinating and always has been to me. This should be its own show. Picture Jerry Seinfeld saying this : "It's a show! This...is...a...show. That's it. What else do you want? This is the show. It's a show about something and nothing. Now that's what I call show business --- or perhaps, no business." Anybody else agree with me or am I alone on this one?

I still find it funny how many of the multimillionaire moviestars had trash camera quality during interviews. Except Dave Chapelle... They could have just ordered any $2000K camera, without making a dent in their pockets 😏 Jimmy's positive energy has been a real boost this year anyway 🙂

Tbh it’s most to do with Zoom and Skype’s crappy quality and the celebrities not wearing headphones during interviews which causes the audio to sound super compressed and muffled because the software has to remove the echo feedback in real time. Then you have celebrities who do not understand that a camera should be eye level, not double chin level. Yuck.

EyesOfByes said they were rich, the celebrities did not. I think you'd be surprised how many of them live just as "cheque to cheque" as many people do. Just that their cheque's are massive. But big money buys big things, their bills will be higher, mortgages higher, they might have a lot more outgoing money than anticipated by us. It's easy think you'd be the same as you are now if you were rich but with more money. But that isn't necessarily always the case.

6B was David Letterman's studio. 6A was WNBC Live at Five then. I thought Jimmy had one of the studios up on the eighth floor. 8H is Saturday Night Live, of course. I like to know what is where at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.

Notice how much make up is placed on the face of Jimmy and Higgins? They look very different backstage with the make up on, when there is no studio lights, you can see the make up baked on to their face. However in studio, lighting - no one notices it.

And I couldn't tell if JImmy was saying Higgins is ridiculous or something else. I find Steve Higgins very funny so hoping that all is well on that front.
