I’m so glad you didn’t go in there at night on your own. It’s sad but you just don’t know who is there and what their intentions are. This video was by far my favourite. It was amazing Conner! This building is a scary location to be at and don't think the building will be a nice place to explore soon if it's starting to flood. I'm glad that you were not alone for this one, you never know what people can do and especially if it was a homeless person living there, they obviously don't want people disturbing them and that building is like a home for them but don't know exactly why they would want to live there when it's flooded 😂 but anyways good video Conner, I love it 🤍

The explorer returns. one of the youtubers on here told me that the leak upstairs is caused by copper pipes from the water tank which have been ripped out and sold for scrap metal. its making the place flood.

Great video but what a mess all that water has made, but also so creepy to think that that person was hiding from you both 😱 shame in a way you could not have talked with them bet they would have a few scary tails to tell sleeping in that place

The explorer returns. when you first did a video on this when you did it on your own and you returned in october 12th. the water leak has got worse. and when you were in the kitchen in the first video of this place. the celing in the kitch was okay no leaking but when you returned the roof has colaped. such a shame but the important question is how is the electrics are still working if there is water leaking it would have sparked. the building will come down for a new building in a week or month that is what says on google

I’ve been her twice, it was almost pristine a couple of weeks ago, went back a couple of days ago and someone had stolen the boiler causing water to leak everywhere
