1: When you're going to the Sanatorium, always grab a melon so you won't be hungry for the the since the nurses don't always usually hand out food that late. 2: NEVER share dorms with people who have their heads twitching because they may be a cannibal. If you see something black on their face, it's blood from eating someone. 3: Always keep your lights off for most of the night in your dorm, some cannibal can glitch to eat you, but turning off your light can make them think you're not in your dorm. 4: ONLY share dorms with the people you can trust the most. Sometimes there's trolls who open the door for cannibals to come in. 5: Make sure to ALWAYS wear uniform when you enter the Sanatorium, there's a rule that says the nurses won't serve you unless you put on uniform. There's also a high chance of them putting you in ISOLATION. 6: Don't disrespect the nurses because they will put you in ISO. If there's not enough rooms during the night they will put cannibals in with you, so be cautions of that. 7: There sometimes might be a cannibal outbreak which means cannibals have overrun the facility and that you need to run to the bunker for safety. You can't always run there so you might have to stay put until it turns morning. 8: Make sure to save up your food and don't eat it until a message pops up saying "I'm starving... I need to eat.". 9: If you don't wanna be a cannibal, you need to get holy water which they always announce after Breakfast. Holy water prevents from becoming a cannibal, it sets you back a stage. 10: If you want to become a cannibal, you need to have a total of 6 blurs, and at night you transform into one. 11: Special Mixture is water that sets you up a stage so you can become a cannibal faster. Since the nurses rarely hand it out as they are supposed to pretend they don't see it, you can buy it at spoiled food stand next the gate and the Sanatorium for 80 robux I think. These are just some tips to help you survive during your stay at the Sanatorium. :D

Here's a tip: Pretend to have an injury so the nurses take you to the surgery room and they usually give you holy water, and a place to stay for the night that is isolated from the cannibals, making you safe for that night. edit: you cant actually get an injury you just have to say "nurse i broke my leg" or something like that.

Trolling this game is so fun. One time I was with my friends playing this game and glitched out of isolation 2 times in the night. The next day (in the game) a staff was told to watch me for the whole day bc I glitched out for punishment. I was talking to the staff and then I asked her what her opinion on Ariana Grande was. Once I went to the sanatorium with me friend, we stayed there long enough to be cannibals. At night, we turned into cannibals in our dorms but boom, plot twist - the nurse was also a cannibal and my friend told me she will kill anyone. Even other sisters. It was the most creepiest night ever. So in the daytime, we escaped to the village and killed newcomers. We even made 2 people to stay at our house and kill them.

I have a theory to why the map was bombed. De Pride Isle and the neighboring islands are some of the most remote islands on the planet. People don’t know how others get there, but we do know that they are in the Pacific Ocean, and were first discovered by a joint British/Russian ship of people who were seen as “insane”. The ship set sail in 1621 and was meant to sink in the ocean, but instead landed on the island that players spawn on, which is what I call De Sister’s Isle. They sailed towards De Pride Isle, and established a village and a sanatorium for the sick ones. However, the islanders vanished without a trace, as the Dutch sailed by them twice, and saw them the first time, but not the second. It was likely that someone became a cannibal and ate everyone on the island. Then, in 1876, German ships landed and colonized the islands. In the aftermath of World War One, these islands were ceded to Japan, but the people there, who took on the form of Divine Sister, which didn’t exist then, didn’t know about Japan, and had forgotten about the rest of the world. In the aftermath of WWII, the islands were made a colony of the United States, and remains a territory to this day. A helicopter flies over the islands every 10 years to check on the people and drop a LOT of supplies. In October 1949, the first aircraft flew over the islands. It was a plane that time, and would be a helicopter starting in 1979. In June 2019, a helicopter flew over De Pride Isle and noticed something. CANNIBALS! They were terrorizing the people, and the pilot told the leaders of Divine Sister, (which was around by then,) to get them and a few nurses off the islands. The pilot also notified the American government. In October, President Donald Trump ordered a bombing of the islands. They were bombed, and the sanatorium was restored, but with a different layout.

Ever since the bombing occurred outbreaks have been happening more frequently, most of the nights we spend on the (i forgot the name) the place where we go to not get eaten (xD) so by morning everyone is dying from fatigue, idk if I'm just unlucky or what. TBH nothing in the routine changed much but they can't do village nor beach trips from now on resulting in the frequent melon hunt and visits to the playground. They sometimes use the storytime as praying time for the bombing that has happened. And just like you, we started to turn much faster than before.

This is what I do: Whenever the nurses give you food, don’t eat it, eat a pride melon and save it instead. That increases your chance of survival. If there’s a night at the village, eat the meat they give you at dinner and go back to the stand and surely they’ll give you another one. For the houses, close the door, and if there’s a back window leave it open so you can go back and no one will steal your house, and you won’t be homeless for the night!

I played this game, and was in the game for a good 40 mins, and during a cannibal outbreak I could not find my way to the bunker and could not get in a dorm. I then ran to the kitchen and hid behind a wall. I was going to just wait it out, I was bored and opened a new tab which was youtube. I did not remember that I was in De Pride Isle and when I came back after 20 mins I almost screamed because I was not expecting to be a huge spider cannibal. My screen was so red and my game was so laggy so I just left. There was nothing else I could do.
