If you have a good loctition it’s worth the money. Mine does free shampoos and does scalp treatments and hair treatments for an additional fee and works in a private studio with a giant flat screen tv that always plays black classic movies and she offers you things to drink and snacks. It feels very amazing. I love being pampered and look forward to my reties.

See, where the new growth meets the mature loc, that part always ends up puffy and loose. It doesn’t hold. Am I not twisting tight enough?
@issalocstyle Жыл бұрын
I wouldn’t say your not twisting tight enough because the new growth just hasn’t gotten used to being twisted up constantly! I def have that same ‘problem’ but I do know that if you look up videos on locksmithing and twisting the new growth up the shaft towards your root instead of down, that should help to cover the puffy. I hope that was a clear explanation 🥰💪🏾

Hi! And thank you luv 💕 for your question could you explain a little more? When I first started twisting my hair it didn’t matter if I twisted one to the left and the next one to the right! However once I realized that I wanted to do rope twist I just ended twisting all of the then to the right because that is the only way they will look like rope twists! Lmk if this makes sense
@janet.lindiwe2 жыл бұрын
@@issalocstyle ok so I am doing two strand twists and many are pointing out how important it is to loc the hair clockwise. Now… I (think) thats what I did at least all go the same direction but what confuses me is that when I look at the middle part it looks like they go the opposite direction each side if that makes sense. But I guess that must be right cause it’s like it’s mirrored I guess. U know what I mean? So I am just trying to make sure that this is correct 🥲🤍 Thanks so much for taking the time & responding
@issalocstyle2 жыл бұрын
@@janet.lindiwe of course babeeee 🥰 okay so what I think your saying is that the two strand is harder than it looks and I totally understand 😂 retwisting you hair clockwise is correct so great job there 😝 Now in order to create a two strand, what you need to do is cross the right loc over the left loc while simultaneously twisting both of your locs, which might sound confusing but if you dm me on IG @loc.q22 I can send you a simplified video? 💙
