This dude knows his stuff. As an educator myself, I particularly enjoyed how he consistently explained the "why's" when your using just a few teeth on the the clippers and why you need to manintain an angle with the comb when fading. Bravo on this haircut. 100% thumbs up!

Jason cut my hair last year as I was passing through and it was the best barbershop experience I've ever had! He's truly a master of his craft and good guy! Hope to see him more on the channel!

Wow!!! You're the best, I've been doing hair for 26 years and this has to be the best tutorial! I wish I would've had an instructor like you back when I was learning to fade.

I've passed my level 2 barbering, been cutting hair for a year now. Just signed up for level 3. Already using these tips from Schorem Barbers in my cuts and it's really helped. Cutting the style into the hair rather than cutting and then styling makes a difference. Would love to visit one day.

As a student this is super helpful. I'm taking classes through a Cosmetology school and none of the educators, except one, are barbers. They're all hairstylists. So KZbin videos are all I have to accurately learn mens cuts from. The school had us working bottom to top and it's difficult to get things even, too to bottom works better for me. So thank you for this video.
@thomaskittock28663 жыл бұрын
You ARE doing beauty school, which is more of the hairdressing side of the hair industry so I'd count yourself lucky you even have a barber in your school. Men's cuts aren't as prevalent as they are in a barbershop obviously, as a barbershop is geared more towards men. But I'm coming from a similar place, I graduated in December and I love learning new cuts and styles.

As a haircolorist I’m always wowed by great cutting. I just shared this Master Class with the whole salon. There is so much to unpack in this one video. Point cutting with clippers! Dealing with dips in the scull, using shears,blenders, and razor. Proper wetting, perfect parting, blow drying for max volume. And it’s an asymmetrical haircut. 🎉 your horn. - Timothy Burns, Santa Rosa CA

Outstanding cut. My faded portion might be close to yours in terms of definition, but man, the scissor work and details are something I've never seen before. It really does seem to add some magic to the cut. It's also refreshing because so many newer barbers are clipper jockeys and have no scissor game. Very motivating, awesome work! Thanks for the video
