1:00 when it says in Acts tgat the Holy Spirit will ve shed upon all flesh its talking about the despensatuon of grace , when tge Holy Spirit came upon the earth . Its upon all flesh since that tine till now.BUT. not inside all flesh in another words not everbody since the church age started. received Christ as Lord and savior. it doesn't mean everybody was going to let the Holy Spirit come into their lives.
