Hello sir, need help. We were applying for revaluation from Dubai. We successfully applied for re-evaluation and received the ref number also. But during the payment process there was delay from payment gateway in sending the OTP and by the time we received the time was up. Now whenever we check it shows status as payment pending. This means we have applied before deadline but the payment need to be completed. I wrote to email id of ICICI Bank provided but no one is replying this any emails. Can you please advice how I can complete my pending payment please. This will help my daughter increase around 8 marks.

If it is not submitted before deadline. It will be rejected by the cbse.

@@niteshbajaj this is what I am saying it was submitted before deadline and that is why I have the reference number. We paid the money all through from step one until now and these rogues have lied that the mark calculation was correct. And we paid for re-evaluation. Can’t they sort the payment issue and allow me to pay.

Sir in answer booklet i got 30 out of 80 marks in maths but in result i have got 37 + 20 = 57 marks in result but in answer booklet they give only 30 marks know why cbse given me extra 7 marks
