I love when artists show that they also struggle with completing things the way they want them the first time (especially when they're super talented such as yourself), it really helps someone like me that feels like i'm always failing. I'm really loving this series!
@nomoretwitterhandles3 жыл бұрын
You feel like you're failing because you believe in talent. She is not talented; she is hard working. Talent makes no room for mistakes, but hard work does. She is good at what she does because she worked for it. She improved because she worked for it. You can improve too, as long as you work for it. When you work hard, you develop your skills. Continuing to work hard means keeping your skills. Have faith in your skills and hard work, NOT in "natural aptitude" (definition of "talent"). Nobody starts out amazingly, but you can become amazing. Good luck to you ♥
@Yoma_all3 жыл бұрын
@@nomoretwitterhandles the way I see talent is what you get for working hard it is experience , a person with experience has an easier time doing something of a higher quality than one without experience, In Portuguese, talent(talento) is something obtained over time when an ability you were born with is called a gift.(dom)

When you talked about shaky hands and gave all the advice... that DOES help. Honestly for the longest time, I thought artists like you, who work so delicately and on such a small scale, just have naturally steady hands and don't shake so much like me. When I saw that you DO, I was like... dang. That's amazing. And yet look at the works of art you can still make despite it. Maybe I can too.

I have very shaky hands. This is due to medical conditions, the problem was that is was already an artist, I found the skill I used to have was gone. This made me depressed, thankfully after ages of healing and training my hands again I can have moments of stillness! Though the majority of the time my hands shake and I get *very* frustrated when I ruin line work or shake when sewing and have to unstitch and re do it😭. It’s nice that someone who makes things as beautiful and delicate as you also has struggles, it makes me feel less disappointed in myself for my sip ups. Thanks.

Not all Indigenous people believe that "bigfoot" needs to be avoided! Ojibwe call him Sabe, and he represents honesty in the seven grandfather teachings. While Sabe is secretive, it's believed that he used to walk amongst humans but left to be honest with himself and live among nature, and serves as a reminder that we should never pretend to be something we're not!
