When my 93' was stolen I went looking for another. Ended up a McCoy Ford not far from Cecil Drag strip. They had Saleens,Cobras,Lincolns,older Mach 1's in this sepperate building. We walked through a ho-down. Seriously they were line dancing I think. Had to chose from a Vortec Saleen or a highly modified Cobra. I wanted the Cobra but I needed to drive it. The owner had the keys and was blocked in. It was really a Magzine type car. I never got the call for the test drive so I called them. Sold the minute it was put in front the next day Saturday. It had every mod I would have done for the street. If you plan to keep all the OEM parts yeah I'd swap it. Had a Black and Teal Cobra grey cloth and grey leather. Wanted Bright Red and black int like my 90' GT. Foxbody exh sounds better to me. H-pipe and 2 chamber flows is my fav.

I’ve never understood guys swapping Cobras of any year. If you wanna engine swap use a GT. And if you are making a full blown race car use a 4 cylinder or V6

Me myself absolutely not if it's an original 93 Cobra never would I mod it i have 12 mustangs and the farthest I mod any is a cold air and exhaust period

not the smartest decision, its way cheaper to build a clone. its still pretty cool though👍
