நன்றி. ஆஹா அருமை. புழுங்கல் அரிசி சேர்த்து செய்ததில்லை, செய்து பார்க்கிறேன். கடுகு, உளுந்து, சின்ன வெங்காயம் சேர்த்து தாளிக்கும்ஹபோது கிள்ளு பருப்பாக வேக வைத்த பயத்தம்பருப்பு சேர்த்து செய்யலாம், மிகவும் சுவையாக இருக்கும். நிறைய காம்பினேஷன்ஸ் தெரிந்து கொண்டேன். சற்றே சுலபமாக இடியாப்பம் பிழிய நான் தண்ணீரை தளதளவென்று கொதிக்கவிடாமல், ஒரு கொதி முன்பே, bubbles வர ஆரம்பிக்கும் போது அந்த தண்ணீரை ஊற்றி பிசைவேன்.

Thanks a lot my dear Guru. My Aaya used to made this flour in house. That broomstick was looking very convenient.Now only got the ratio of both the rices.I used to buy readymade flour. I sprinkle hot water if dough becomes dry (huge amount) and lightly knead.

Dear Revathi Shanmugam This is just for your information I usually prepare the flour for idiyappam as per your details But I tried கைமுறுக்கு with that flour One cup(200gms) I took added one heaped teaspoon of urad dal powder one teaspoon of butter and one teaspoon of jeera and salt to taste With all this I mixed the flour with water and made kaimurukku consistency batter The making of murukku came out wonderful and the murukku turned out to be very crispy and of very good colour If you had not done this with this flour, try and give that as a special recipe to kaimurukku. When you preserve the flour in the freezer in a ziplock cover you can make murukku just in 15 minutes So easy and effortless Usually I make kaimurukku after preparing mavu from wet rice and all . Try this with your idiyappa mavu Thank you
