I am very sorry about the glue issue, this looks to be due to curing time and I have showed my staff this picture to ensure they double check the glue is cured properly going forward. I ordered their Spooky Hamper back in August and because it was not tracked, and it got lost in transit, I have spent A LOT of time conversing with customer service. The ladies that own the company are fantastic. They were quick to respond to all of my messages and issued me a replacement when I still hadn't received my hamper in the beginning of November. Since Halloween was over they even adjusted my hamper to just be mystery paintings and not spooky themed. I have not received the package yet buuuuuuut last week my original Spooky Hamper showed up! I was very pleased with the items in the box. The packaging was great and the extra items were really precious. I ordered square drills and the drills themselves look to be a very good quality. I can't tell you anything about the paintings as far as rendering because they are mysteries, but I love that the cover on the paintings are solid and the paintings are true mysteries. I paid for upgraded shipping on the second package so I could track it and now that I received my original hamper and I know that I'm going to want to keep the second package I went ahead and paid for the replacement. When it gets here I will probably go ahead and work on the smaller painting to get a feel for the quality of the actual painting. I am a happy customer and will buy from them in the future. I am sure if you address the issue you had with the glue you will be pleased with their customer service as well.

Were the square drills you received all bias cut, 13 facet or enhanced facet? Or was there a mix of bias and emerald cut? Thank you!

I ordered a painting from them after watching your unboxing. I have not worked on the piece yet, but when I received it and I unboxed it I did an inventory and noticed the five ABs that were supposed to be in the kit were missing. I actually had the little Ziploc bags with the code for the ABs on them but they were empty. So I took a picture and sent the company an email. They responded relatively fast said they would send me the missing drills right away. I got them a little over a week later, and they included a small package of Christmas ornaments that can be diamond painted. So their customer service is very good

Hi Katie! Thanks for the video! I'm working on a square drill from them and it seems that the diamonds are resin. I'm also working on a round kit from them, and they seem to be acrylic. So far so good on the squares. I don't see any gapping and I am very pleased with the quality of the diamonds even though there's a lot of trash. I will post a photo on your FB group hopefully tomorrow so you can see what it looks like! Thanks again 🥰

I thank you for this review. They have many of Josephine Wall's diamond art and I love her. I Have several that I would love to get but waiting as I have 2 from other companies of hers that I want to do first. I hope that they will listen to you and make some improvements before I get to the point of ordering. Will definitely keep checking to see if you hear from them. I work very slowly (no multi placing) so there is plenty of time, Love your channel and your ordering from new places.

i love how you are really honest when you buy a new kit from a new company i have brought a josephine wall one from them to try them out in squares i be trying them out in a few months once i have finshed my other two dps i got to do for a couple of people

Thanks for the review Katie. I have been looking at this company for awhile because they have some nice J Wall kits. I have been trying to watch as many reveiws as possible before making a decision. I have “the mermaid and the phoenix” by j.wall in squares coming from them! I’m nervous but excited. I wanted to get one from dpd but the shipping is too much so bit the bullet

@@ohyeahoh693 Exactly why I have been looking at this company. With DPD $$70 shipping I just can't justify it. Not bad if you are buying several kits I guess...but not working for my budget at the moment.

Thank you for the completion review. The image is nice. I prefer more detail. I understand the black is suppose to make it pop but I feel that a more detailed subtle background would have helped to create more interest. Maybe the sign in a foggy milky-way with the dragon place on top. Anyway, good job. Peace and love abide with you.💕

I prefer more detail too! I tend to avoid paintings where the background is all one solid color. I like your idea for a different background!

I love the constellation dragons...they are so cute. A lot of color blocking...wow. I wish the dragon was a hair bit wider.

Hi, Katie. Thank you so much for posting this video! I was waiting for a post review because I wanted to know your thoughts. Unfortunately, I did purchase from them and I had a not so great experience. It was Magical Merry Go Round. I knew it would me insane confetti, but I was totally expecting that being it was computer rendered. However, the symbol clarity was not there. The symbols were blurry and hard to read and also the glue was not cured in many places on the canvas. I did reach out to the company and they did not do much to help. I am trying other ways to remedy this issue. It's unfortunate because I love their Jasmine Beckett Griffith kits. I would be interested to hear an update!

When I saw this, I said, from wha?? Where? I had to immediately go look at their website and was blown away to see they had Josephine Wall! I have a small, cramped space on which to work at this time (computer desk) and can't use a double sided adhesive as I must be able to roll the canvas up to get it to fit. I would love to order something special from this site.

Thanks so much for your honest opinion. I love the dragon....but I think it would have been just as good if there was a little less plain black background since to me the dragon seemed a little "small" for the overall picture...but that's just my opinion. The little dragon really is awesome, though, with the fabulous bright colors!

Thank you for the review. I can say I would not buy this kit. I don't like when a simple background takes up this much space. I think they should consider zooming in on the dragon more. I would dred color blocking that much 310. The dragon itself is very cute. I also hope they fix the glue issues. Please keep us posted.

Being completely honest, the rendering of the dragon he looks a little blurry. Maybe they could zoom in more.

They have some really nice artists and artwork, but some images I'm concerned about how they will render...even in the largest size. This dragon is a fairly simple image and even this still looks pixelated...its just they way its rendered. If they did it picture printed style, where the actual image is printed and then the drill field is added on top, you would not loose so much detail, because you would have the original image underneath and in between the drills to help. There are a few paintings I really like, but I would need to see actual renderings first as I think the images are too detailed to come out the way I want them to.
