I feel that Passion taking over the console and blocking all other emotional access to the console would be an interesting concept, even though it’s essentially the same story of Inside Out 2 (which, in an of itself, is technically the same story of Inside Out 1 where Joy was taking control of the console instead of Anxiety). I feel that the dangers of Infatuation and obsession could definitely be explored through Passions control.

I think Passion would be a logical step for the 3rd film as well as providing some plot points. Making Reily go boy crazy and acting and getting to to explore being sultry and flirtatious. I imagine this emotion looking something like Jessica Rabbit in maroon or burgundy. And telling Riley things like... "Girl you hit the genetic jackpot, a natural blond AND blue eyes! And here you are in a school full of hormonally charged boys, show them you're a woman on the rise. Now don't walk down the hall, put a hand on your new hips and STRUT!" Passion presses the control panel with one of her high heels and Riley struts down the corridor. "Oh yeah, that's it, work those cans!" You might say it's too much but come on, Pixar got away got away with a kid's film that referenced periods. #passion

I think if this was accurate, then Passion would be the main antagonist. Passion would dominate the console and in so doing, she inadvertently makes Riley infatuated and completely obsessive with a guy. A guy who is clearly toxic and / or a loser to the audience (and by extension, the rest of Riley’s emotions are desperate but powerless to stop Passion’s control).
