What a lovely interview Alex. How refreshing to meet someone like Paul who spent meaningful time with the Beatles via serendipity yet is modest and self deprecating.

One of the Best interviews Ever! I was born in 1950 and I was a Beatlemanick. When the film, Its a Hard Days Night came out, it showed in the little neighborhood theater a few blocks from my house in Syracuse NY. I read the book and I saw the film so many times I knew the lines by heart. I finally got my parents to see it with me and they didn’t understand hardly a word of it because of their accents. I got tickets to see them in Shea Stadium in NYC and my Mom made me sell them because she said I was too young to go on a tour bus to NY to see them. I wore out all the vinyl records of them. They changed The World no matter what anyone says.

Isn't that part of our lives so fun to remember? I was a Beatlemaniac in Los Angeles, got to see them at the Hollywood Bowl in 85 - an older sister took my friend and I. We also found where they were staying in Bel Air and took a taxi up there, where we got to see them smile and wave as they left in their limousine. To this day I have my car radio set to the Beatles channel. Yes, they changed not only my world, but the world in general. Cheers!

I learned TM in '68...in Cape Town. And was invited to Rishikesh. I didn't go. But I've meditated every single day of my life since. I'm 74 now.

I was there at the time! Having learned TM in April ‘67 & attended the 1 week course that summer at Bangor university in Wales with Maharishi who blitzed me with a Love bomb when I gave him a flower as he left.

Congratulations on reaching 100k subscribers!! I am so amazed at how fast your channel and channels like it are growing. I have only been watching a couple of months and at that time you had 78k subscribers. It is so very exciting to see the spiritual awakeing by the numbers. It is one thing to say it is happening all over the world but it another to see the counter get higher and higher.

Wonderful interview! I learned TM when I was 20 after my mom passed away suddenly. The Beatles influenced my decision to learn TM. I was 14 when I saw them on The Ed Sullivan Show. Truly an amazing phenomenon! The course of music shift to rock and roll and their unique talent was so uplifting. Maharishi said they were happy and that is what we needed at the time! 🎶🎶🎶🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🙏🙏🙏👩🎨✌️👍👍❤️❤️❤️

OK this is so cool! I have been listening to so many NLS interviews and love them all Alex! I worked with the team that put on the concert at Radio City Music Hall and was backstage in the live feed trailer during Paul's performance. It was so electric and literally bouncing with joy. I know several people who were there in Rishikesh as well and saw Paul's film when it was released. Such precious and beautiful images he was fortunate and divinely guided to capture ❤

Thanks for this.🙏Youre bringing back sweet memories. My college husband and Iwere initiated into TM at the Cambridge center near Harvard Square, 1968...69? (We heard that Dear Prudence was there, but we didn't see her.)TM is a really effective meditation technique, which assisted me on a lifelong spiritual journey. 🧘♂️✌♥️The version of Inner Light performed on The Concert for George (Jeff Lynn and Anushka Shankar) is pretty trancendental!!😇
