The real question is "what does Mohammad mean by these parables?" Also why did Mohammad speak in parables when this was a unique characteristic of Jesus? He must've really idolized Him.

Understanding the deeper meanings of Mohammad's parables can definitely shed light on his teachings.

@@BraveBelieverOfficial The thing is that Jesus' parables were clever so that those with Godly wisdom would understand them. From my perspective after reading the quran, Mohammad's parables lacked substance and either attempted to imitate Jesus or were almost meaningless. Of course I am coming from a Christian perspective and you are told that every single book of the bible was for some reason corrupted.

Dear, Jesus is our prophet and we are not Muslims if we don't believe in the prophethood of Jesus. I urge you to read Quran to glean deeper understanding of what was revealed and what is the context. Quran lays emphasis on oneness of God (Allah), signs around us, obedience, reward and punishment. The concepts are reinforced time and again to instill obedience. Moreover there are other aspects too which are emphasized in detail. The scripture is eloquent and wholesome. It was revealed upon prophet Muhammad who couldn't read or write, thus to prove the point to humanity that it's divine. Moreover I urge you to read the Chapter dedicated to Mary in Quran which clarifies aspects relating to Jesus birth, Jesus prophethood and oneness of Allah (God). Moreover Quran is the continuity of message from Divine Original Bible which is uncorrupted. So the message is from Allah both in bible (original divine) and Quran
