I’ve been a silent watcher & have been watching & supporting since long before Shine was born. I just couldn’t help but mention how different Quans energy is in this & the last few clips. Hope you’ve been getting lots of rest, as well as Rissa. Stay positive & know that it’s okay not to be okay everyday. You’re both parents of two now & as a mother of 3, I just wanted to spread the love & the reality of what parenthood can do to us. & reminder : communication is key ✨ Talk to each other! I love this comment because I was thinking the same, I don't have kids but I've been helping raise my nieces and nephews for a while and kids can wear you out, especially as new parents. It's important for parents to lend themselves a breather, especially Quan as a man because men are wired differently and it's ok , women have the capacity to endure more anguish so they develop that patience through our pregnancy so having the kids out can seem like , "Hey now this is the easy part". Quan needs a man's day to himself, sometimes father's need some time to recuperate and adjust mentally . I think they're doing good, but burn out is REAL.

I love to see this, i think it's important to recognize also that keeping a family strong is also making sure that you have time as a couple, you're kids are apart of you by an extension , but remember, you both created that extension, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, spend as much quality time with eachother, like "work breaks" lol we hate to see our kids as "work" but the reality is, they are in fact work, and in the learning process, of course work is challenging, so self discipline and teaching a child discipline is important as you guys know- also patience. We can get into automatic mode alot forgetting about ourselves, you're always the hest parents when you take care of yourselves the best you can. First thing first Rissa!! We need a postpartum update soon because mama the tummy is looking flat ok. I keep seeing quans mom in saviour every time he’s sleeping him is so cute hes a lil chocolate drop like his dad. Quans silence spoke volumes when shine knocked over the pancake mix I felt like I was in trouble 😂I had to come run to my KZbin nephew defense he tried to clean it up with the paper towel he didn’t mean it.
