Join me in revealing the Life of a Hidden Seaside Slum in Brgy. San Rafael III in Noveleta, Cavite, Philippines. I made a walk in this community and discover things I wish I hadn't seen, but this is the sad truth. This place would have been nice to see, but there was too much garbage. Didn't expect to see how harsh the situation of people living in this area. Hoping that the local government here would get together and come up with an immediate clean-up drive to do some cleanups. Coastal hazards, particularly floods and storm surges, are emerging as a cause for major concern in this coastal region of Cavite.
