that last exercize is assuming we arent going to just do 1 stadium event per year which might just be the case, and even then it might be split between LA and sao Paolo

I refuse to let that become the standard. Will push back against it until the end of time. Even if splitting with Sao Paolo, that's 3 events every 2 years which I'm okay with. Majority of the grid still stands

A nice positive spin and as a PNW i love the recognition we are dry for lolesports up here but man. I see this as a blatant sign that road shows for regional finals are likely done now. I feel Riot will move the new 3 international tournaments as the "road shows" for major regions and we will see Americas splits end in either the LCS Studio or the San Paulo studio for CBlol, much like VCT

I've seen enough conversation from Markz and crew to know that they recognize the importance of roadshows and connecting fans. Now will global block that or make it though? Maybe, but I won't ever give up hope on pushing it

Really hoping we get something in Toronto soon, It's been quite frustrating waiting for the event that was promised to us back in Worlds 2022. In terms of the northwest, Vancouver (Canada) is also a huge market, not only because its close enough to seatle, but also has a massive population of immigrants from different eastern asian countries. Could see a spring finals (or whatever we are calling it next year) do very well

The last event held in toronto was the 2016 Summer Playoffs third place match, its definitely due for another event
