I'm so sad there's no palette but other than that I think the box was really good this year. I've never gotten it but the theme and the skincare brands in this box are things I love. Definitely planning on picking it up :)

Goodal is a subsidiary of Clio! It's one of their skincare lines. So peripera, clio, goodal, dermatory, healing bird and a.black are all under the same company with Clio being the original brand before they branched out :) Loving all the products that yesstyle included in the advent calender. Most of the products, if not all, are usable by everyone. I personally won't pick this up because I have too many skincare products going at the moment. But this seems like a good trial set for anyone interested in K-Skincare

I'm surprised that there are so many minis..I bought last years and everything was full size. Oh well probably better and I wonder if it will be cheaper? I'm going to pass this year though nothing too exciting 🙃

I love Frudia and have several of their products! FYI, they were doing the honey pot theme long before Colourpop.

@@j.uuuuudy if you can get your hands on it, I highly recommend the Frudia lip balm. I also enjoy their various serums/lotions. I have combo/oily and they don’t break me out. I hope all is well!

Maybe Colourpop just spoiled me by making it the norm to price their mystery boxes around one-third or less of the value, but I'm not that impressed by this advent calendar. I wish there was more 'regular' skin care, like a day cream, night cream, eye cream, etc. so this calendar can actually help you find your everyday favorites, and especially more makeup (yesstyle has so many nice sparkly eye products ;-;). The packaging is ADORABLE tho and if it were a bit more affordable I would be tempted to try these products.

Hmmm I’m tempted at first glance but not totally sold. There’s 5 or 6 things I’d like to try out but most of them are minis and I’ve also tried or already have 3 other products in here (2 of which I wouldn’t repurchase). The other items are brands I usually like but these particular products don’t really call to me.....I think maybe I’ll end up just buying the things I want to try individually. The calendar packaging is so adorable though!

Cute packaging, but below last years calendars. Yesstyle calendar was special because they had all full size products, good balance between skincare and makeup products and the products themselves were from more renowned brands. Now it seems to be like any other western calendars. The box is very pretty, but Body Shop and Rituals have pretty boxes, too. So, this year I'll skip it. Thank you for the review.

um why did they even send this to you if you can’t use most of it since it’s not cruelty free? lol. it seems a bit silly… and this video wasn’t very helpful to me as a consumer because I would’ve liked to see swatches of all the products, especially the cosmetics being applied. I am a bit disappointed by this video. even you seemed disappointed and low energy especially by the end.

yesstyle knows i am CF and offered to send so i still took the offer since i know most k-skincare is cf and if i can't use the rest i could pass that onto friends and family or into a future giveaway for my subscribers so tbh its win-win for me! sorry i couldn't swatch everything, i've seen other creators do a reveal so hopefully they can help you out! as for my low enegry, i was having a hard filming day which must of shown - sorry!
