Pile 2. Sooooo... I'm a policy advisor who's always been spiritual leaning. I picked piled 3 and when that bottle came up, I do need to be careful about drinking as I've gotten too close to becoming an alcoholic as a way to self medicate a few times in the past. So nice reminder to not do that. Everything helped me get a better understanding of what I'm able to do along with making sure to give me a gentle push in the right direction to keep working on taking better care of myself and putting myself first. As I have a hard time still doing that as it's some weird reflex of mine to put others first instead, so it can take a lot out of me doing that.

"my dog in the background" 😂. I used to hear wolves in my living room years ago, I'd go check and of course they were spirits and I'd just go back to bed and let them enjoy their night. I got the nickname "Lobo" when I was 13 Lobo= wolf. When I heard the sound on this video, I thought they were back 😂
