Unlocking my tablet was done with the help of 47consult now I can download and use any application I want

Since the hardware in these is extremely cheap, the amount of problems that can go on within is really unpredictable. A unresponsive touchscreen sounds like a board related issue unless if there’s any obvious damage on the touchscreen.

Which type of chargers do Securus tablets need?

This one in specific required a barrel jack for charge but also had a micro USB for a data transfer. I’m not so sure about the other models as I haven’t had a chance to do research on them. I do know that they use a specific driver for the tablet that is not available to the public. It’s probably not even officially signed either.

This is really late but how do you get the buttons on the bottom to show up?

It’s been a while since I even picked that thing up. It’s somewhere in my storage. But I just swiped up from the bottom and it showed the buttons.

I'd assume rebooting it would take it off of safe mode, if that's not working check to make sure none of the buttons are jammed

@@damianbergreen is there anyway to do it without having the wifi information deleted also? Its on safe mode and I want to be able to use it for whatever I want. Thanks for the help

@@MessicanFood I've never have removed the device from safe mode and had it delete any data at all. Safe mode pretty much just disables third party apps so if there's a problem with the device it could be diagnosed
