The only way I forget about the pains and sorrows of life is when I know that if I walk through the ways of Jesus, I can feel a renewed strength. One take away from watching this video is that, when you really believe and love God and follow Jesus, you are believing because you love to be with God, not solely because you want to be in heaven. Meaning you want to be good and believer because you love God and getting in heaven is a reward and a gift for believing and following God. In essence, in comes naturally that you want to repent and ask for forgiveness because you love God, not because you just want the reward of heaven.

I know what I said sounds harsh, I’m not trying to be, and I mean this with the upmost respect and kindness towards you and all of God’s beautiful creation of mankind-both in the body of Christ and outside the body of Christ. God bless! Sabbath day was not created for Israel: As God's people they needed to keep His Law's because God chose them. It was created before Israel and it's for all mankind who choose the True Living God, through His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Us Christians call Jesus King, which He is: A King has laws for His kingdom; 10 Perfect Laws our God created, which includes Sabbath (A day He sanctified, so you can’t say there’s any day of the week to rest with God: The day He set is the seventh day), and are part of His character. Choosing Sunday now, since it hasn't been enforced, means you're knowingly or unknowingly choosing Satan's authority. But many will say, well Paul and the others broke bread on the first day of the week... Yeah you should worship God everyday and break bread with your brothers and sisters in Christ every once in a while, but Sabbath is the day of rest, hallowed and sanctified by God: The Seal to His Laws. The whole Bible says basically if you love God then keep his Commandments. Jesus died on the cross (Grace and Pardon) because we have sinned (transgressed His Law's[1 John 3:4]). So it's all about God's laws and Jesus saving us from our sin (His Sacrifice to pardon us and to save us for the Transgression of Gods’ Laws). Oh and yes, we are free from the Mosaic & Ceremonial laws when He died on the cross, but not God's Laws (Ten Commandments are in Exodus Chapter 20): we still keep them. We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ: We keep Gods’ Laws as a consequence of being saved. Love you, God bless. The book of Daniel in the Old Testament is the key to truly understanding the Book of Revelation; make sure to remember that every day in prophecy equals a year (Ezekiel 4:6 & Numbers 14:34). God Bless YOU Pastor Doug and all the Staff who put this together! At 1:22:38 the comment about "Marriage in Heaven" really spoke to me. I am 58 years old--had my birthday on 12/24/2020. I am watching these in order--rather slowly and sporadically as I have time. I have been ill. I have have sick family members. My Uncle recently survived Covid-19/and Flu. Almost died, was hospitalized too. He acknowledges Christ as THE one who has saved him--calling it miraculous. His sister, my who was my mother--and wife to my dear father died August 17th 2018. Just recently my Dad finally managed to take off his wedding ring and put it with hers and put it into her jewelry box. My parents were virgins when they married, and only "knew each other and no one else!" They were married 56 plus years. They had been friends for some 58 years. I was conceived on the 3rd day of their honeymoon, born 3 weeks early! I was called out of the Sunday worship system in 2008. My parents, especially my mother thought I was crazy. She influenced my Dad to throw away every book, magazine I sent them for many years about the Adventist faith. Finally my mother became fatally ill in 2018. My Dad was yearning spiritually to learn new things. He drove to the church where I was now a member, baptized into the faith for 10 years. He met my pastor. He realized this is what he wanted--against my mother's wishes. On her death bed she met my pastor--suddenly it clicked with her, why I had given up Sunday Christianity and all of it's trappings. Then she forgave me, realized I was not crazy after all. A mere 12 hours before she died, I sang her favorite hymns to her at her bedside as she lay semi comatose. I held her hand, told her that I loved her, was proud of her for teaching me and leading me to Jesus and all those years teaching me about God and reading the Bible to me. I made sure to say to her that whatever had passed between us to cause strife was no longer an issue for me. I forgave her with a full heart--long long time ago--and loved her very much. I said to her it was okay to let go and go to sleep. Jesus would be waiting for her when she woke up. I would be there too. She struggled to open her eyes, to look at me one last time--I reassured her, she could go now. It was okay. Dad has been very upset not knowing if he would be with her as her mate in heaven. I assured him he would. He has, since her death become a SDA believer, become a member of the church, been baptized into the faith and we have bible Study together twice a week! We discuss scripture and Ellen almost daily on the phone. When I heard what YOU said about the marriage Scriptures and encounter Jesus had with the pharisees, I immediately called my Dad! He is now watching this episode! He is crying tears of joy. He shared with me that Jesus spoke to him that he is keeping his wife safe for him. She is asleep. He will have her with him in heaven. They will be "friends, soul mates." He got the feeling, not as husband and wife, and he was confused and disturbed. Now he understands the message from Jesus. He feels so much better. Sorry for the long email, but without the explanation--YOU cannot appreciate fully our complete joy, our peace, our overflowing gratitude for your programs--and the message we have heard! Thank you for clarification. God has used YOU to heal a broken heart yearning for healing. Bless you so many times over. I thank you too. Choosing Sunday now, since it hasn't been enforced, means you're knowingly or unknowingly choosing Satan's authority. But many will say, well Paul and the others broke bread on the first day of the week... Yeah you should worship God everyday and break bread with your brothers and sisters in Christ every once in a while, but Sabbath is the day of rest, hallowed and sanctified by God: The Seal to His Laws. The whole Bible says basically if you love God then keep his Commandments. Jesus died on the cross (Grace and Pardon) because we have sinned (transgressed His Law's[1 John 3:4]). So it's all about God's laws and Jesus saving us from our sin (His Sacrifice to pardon us and to save us for the Transgression of Gods’ Laws). Oh and yes, we are free from the Mosaic & Ceremonial laws when He died on the cross, but not God's Laws (Ten Commandments are in Exodus Chapter 20): we still keep them. We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ: We keep Gods’ Laws as a consequence of being saved. Love you, God bless. The book of Daniel in the Old Testament is the key to truly understanding the Book of Revelation; make sure to remember that every day in prophecy equals a year (Ezekiel 4:6 & Numbers 14:34). Book of Revelation is a chiasmus {[Looks like this(\/)](\Historical&Eschatological/)}also; this information will help you to understand the makeup of the way Revelation is written, along with The Book of Daniel. The number one thing I want to do is be glued to Jesus and cry my eyes out of all the time that I needed his hug and I couldn't 😭 of all the times that I wanted his warmth and I couldn't of all the times that I needed his shoulder to cry on and I couldn't and ask him about his feelings when he saw that little girl crying that day all alone and heard a BIG thunder and wondered if he was mad at me instead probably he was telling me how mad he was at what was done to me, I wanna be a lil selfish and high him a lil extra, and have at least a half hour hug with my Jesus for all the times I wanted that hug and couldn't have it 😔🤍

Pastor Doug said that after Wednesday they'll be meeting Saturday evening, which he meant Friday evening but however he was correct because biblically the day begins at night. Even unto even that's why Sabbath begins at sundown on Friday
