Seeing this comment was over a year ago, I think that Infiltration has ranked up to 2nd. Tokido I still think is number one. Of course this is Street Fighter 4. If we go to 3rd Strike... No one has anything on JR.

Tokido knows Akuma better than infiltration. that shows in the 1v1 matchup they had after evo. in just straight akuma ability Tokido has the edge, Infiltration however is great at knowing other players. What makes him so deadly is his ability to make strategies that work against his specific opponents. that's why he made daigo look like a chump at evo. it didn't mean he was the better player, he just had an edge. and I don't think anyones vortex with akuma can top tokidos.

@DanDaDotman he plays mostly people who dont really post a threat to him (game wise) so he likes to have fun demoning as much as possible. you'll notice that he only plays serious, when you see him shoot EX Zankou-Hadoukens. other then that he saves meter to demon your ass lol. and theyre not random...

In almost every match I see, you save your meter and trick your opponent with a random demon.... Not a bad tactic.. but you should change up your play. try more hit confirms and option selecting
