It's not like the Brooch is constantly activated and he's only attacking Muerta. Crystalis is still useful 95% of the time.

yes, even if you attack muerta with brooch active 100% of the time, there are still 4 other heroes. Wage was the pos2. He can sacrifice some max value in order to counter the enemy carry while still building for the game as a whole.

That Muerta build gives you a taste of why people hate bkb. A game about spells where you can’t cast spells for ten seconds. So fun. AA is always dangerous, all he needs is aghs and attack speed. Standing at the back he can kill whoever he wants basically.

he explained because of the cast range and lower cd, also having brooch makes arcane blink more useful because you need some mana to work with

Arcane has more blink range and a lower cd which is better for the hero than the bonus agi from swift blink; and every hero that spams spells could use more mana.
