Sammy, feeling like crying after recalling witnessing a friend being blown up is normal. People like us, people who grew up around violence don’t have a meter for what is normal. It took me many years to realize what is ok to feel. You have been through way more than me. I hope you read this. Stay positive, you made it out alive, which is a blessing.

This story is so much rawer than anything l’ve heard from you to date. Even Keys was difficult to digest but at least you felt that it was business related. This killing seemed far more personal than the others. Just don’t let it eat you up anymore than necessary. Funny l don’t know you, l’m never going to meet you, and l live in Canada for Christ sakes, yet l feel you’re a friend. That’s an amazing trait you have and it stems from your willingness to show your pain.

I used to listen to his stories, after a few stories I began to see how evil this being is. There's a difference between a tough guy and an evil guy. I unsubscribed he is not telling the truth, he's telling stories in a way that makes the reader believe that he is the good guy. Murderers are not good people, there's no way that this evil being can justify murder. Watching Gravono is akin to watching an animal in a cage. He will not like this comment because he is evil and evil cannot like the truth..

I suspect he has narcissistic personality traits. That’s not the same as evil. I agree he often lessens his part in things and I suspect that’s how he survived the mob for as long as he did. That said, he tends to be honest about the things the mob did, who was involved, etc. Living history has value even if you don’t like the person telling it.

I moved to Bensonhurst myself as a kid/teenager from where I grew up in orange county NY (about an hour away upstate) in 1996, and lived there for a few years on 58th street between 20th and 21st Ave, right next to the FDR highschool.

Why so attached to get vengeance for Frankie? When mob guys get an order from the top to kill, they usually send the person closest to the subject to kill him..if you got the order to kill Frankie you would have had to do it.. so stop with the revenge for Frankie's death

Yeah don’t get me wrong, you cooperated with the feds Sammy… but that doesn’t change anything you went through or did. You are still a legend. You still are intimidating. You are a man. Anyone else in your situation would’ve done the same thing I’m sure. If it was old days before the law you woulda just wiped everyone out. But life is life. Time don’t care and doesn’t wait for ANYONE

Sammy is a sincere guy, seems to be very honest. He gives it to you straight no matter if he's right or if he did something wrong that he regrets doing or being involved in. Good guy in my book.

Mr. Gravano, you are an icon and an inspiration for me, and it is indeed a privilege to be able to listen about your life experiences on your channel, for whenever I am feeling down and out and feel as if the world has forgotten me, your talks provide me with encouragement and hope, and the motivation to keep on trucking in this big bad world, and for that, I am very grateful to you for being on KZbin. Long Live the Ancient Dreams!

Frankie did not betray him, he was always adversarial with Paul. He was always on the opposite side.
