Some Shellshock Tips
12-15 wind is 1 Angle Adjustment (Give or Take) if you are at 100% Power! So use that to your advantage
The 100/86 Rule! At 100 Power and 86 Angle, your shot will land at the edge of your target. If your target is below you, youll have to subtract some power. If the Target is above you, youll have add some power (or move closer)
Always track the wind! Every turn type the wind in chat, usually in team chat so the enemy doesn't get it tracked for them!

Shellshock to Chilled is like Fortnite to I Am Wildcat. The channel is flooded with it. The only difference is that Chilled likes to play other games as well, so the variety is a good thing.

12:56: "Any explanation for Galms Shot?". First off, Quicksand/Desert dominates on low/flat ground. It's where it does the most damage. As for the damage to Galm? Well, the best possible reason I can think of is that the quicksand hurtbox for the tank is deceptively larger than the terrain explosion graphic. I remember a similar situation where I fired quicksand on someone on low ground, and they were taking damage even if the projectiles were like three feet away from them, if that makes sense. I'll agree the weapon is pretty weird.

To explain galm's quicksand, it seems to have a much larger damage radius on the floor of the map. Also note how the shrapnel down there was all focused on one spot. Groovy ball will act the same way.

The sand weapon doesn't deal damage on initial impact, the damage comes from the little splatters at the end of the sand's range. Galm was next to the wall and the sand made a hole down to his level so the end of the sand range impact hit him.

The quicksand and desert damage in a circle from where they explode. the circle has to be big enough that it hurts the person on top of it which means if it lands beside someone it will hit them too. So it digs Underground and then explodes and has to damage in a big enough Circle to damage the person on top which means, because calm was two inches from the side of the after digging explosion, it hurt him too

Explanation on Galm’s self sandification: sand has a huge range of damage to compensate for going underground. Basically, sand has a massive damage range :3

the reason Galm got hit by himself with the sand is because of the rightward wind. when it landed, it was falling at a slightly right-facing angle, thus causing it to hit Galm instead of Ze

Because Galm was already on the ground floor of the map and the fact that he was right next to his shot when he shot, the Desert panned around and he absorbed some of his own damage. That's my theory at least.

Only explanation for galm's shot I can see is the quicksand/desert or whatever it's called weird hit box. I think the hit box is like a plus shape so it does damage even if it's under you or it has a "target" hitbox Which is when the hitbox is, ofc, the shape of a target and the closer you are to the center of impact the more damage you take. Which is why he only took 1 damage until the crits instead of two like a direct shot would have done

For Galm's shot, the quicksand/desert particles are actually explosives, not bullets. I assume it auto detonates on the bottom of the map instead of tunnelling like normal, and the blast radius (Apparently 15/17.5PU for quicksand/desert) is large enough that it reached over.

About galms shot. People in this comment section have stated this before, but I'll say it too. Quicksand and dessert is most effective on the lowest possible, flat terrain. It's hitbox on such occasions may be deceiving from the projectiles. (Don't quote me on this) It seems to hit like 1 angle in both directions of where the majority of projectiles hit
