My dermatologist once said to me that the tretinoin cream (Effederm is the brand of my tretinoin) replace accutane now but w/out the side effect at least that what i understand, i could be wrong tho. I continue to walk 3-4 per week : it's so nice seeing nature (the sea, the blue sky, the trees, etc.)==> I'm lucky to live on an island. Plus the feeling of the sun on your skin, my headphones w/ good music: it's like i'm in my bubble, i don't want to be bothered when i walk. All those little things, it almost make doing sport "easy".
