That look in the boss's eyes, that one last final moment of absolute shock and awe, dumbfounded and completely mortified. The eyes of a man who knew that he was the author of his and his family's own end. So smug in his sense of power as to believe his cruelty towards the guy's family wouldn't be returned a hundred fold. Amazing scene.

the moment the boss said its nothing personal, that words just like add fuel to fire. Thats means his daughter and wife life means nothing to the boss. When he answered back to me it is personal, that the moment he already decide to kill all of them.
