Thank you for watching! Each insurance company provides a payer contract with reimbursement guidelines and fee schedule when a group or individual provider requests participation with them. It is the practice’s responsibility to monitor reimbursement from the insurance companies when claims are processed to ensure they are following the agreement. It is also your practice’s responsibility to request changes to the reimbursement terms when desired.
