See this is just annoying because I thought I had my ideal guitar in the bolt-on DAW and now I see the Warhawk DAW.....hnnnnggg. Really surprised at the tone difference too, it's pretty significant. I really like the slightly more Gibsony sound of the Warhawk. I'm not sold on the colours so hopefully you keep putting all the nice colours on the bolt-on so I still feel like I have the right guitar! ;-) Nah I love both - maybe I need both! Other thoughts: - That Italian Purple looks amazing on camera - I often play without a pick and pop the strings with my right hand just the same as Ken - I happen to be one of those guys that likes a trem that goes down only. So was EVH. I have a 'tremol-no' installed on my DAW set to down only. Means I can still use a tremolo but stay relatively in tune if I break a string or go to drop D tuning.

Oh don't you even worry with this Wilkinson tremolo. I own the Warhawk in silver burst, and not only is it one of my most favorite guitars in the daw-gon universe, it stays in tune eXTRAORDINARILY well. You can get really aggressive with that trem, and the tuning stability is second to none. Also with all the Reverends I own, I love that if I go away for a while and come back maybe a week or two later, and take it out of its case, it's still basically in tune. These are seriously some of the best instruments I've played. Absolutely worth the price, and that's not me trying to justify how expensive it is, that's me being more than satisfied with the outstanding quality you get for a totally reasonable price.

@@SKY_DWELLER333 yeah I have the DAW (see profile pic). Agree with the tuning stability, it's amazing. I play 3 hour gigs and go pretty hard with it at times and and it rarely ever goes out at all. But like I say I do have the tremol-no, which helps especially when I have to go drop D for a song a couple of times per gig. The DAW is 'my' guitar, out of all the guitars I've ever owned, just the one that fits me best.
