Looks great! Not to be critical, but now that it's burned in I think those clamps need to go. They just don't look right. Stick out like a sore thumb. I would love to have one of these, but living in Michigan I'd have to find a version of you up here!

Allen, I noticed on the vertical section on the door, the straps you welded to the door that the gaskets are glued to, you don't weld the straps all the way around, just some 1 or 2 inch welds. is that ok to do ? I guess it is but won't that let heat and smoke out between the welds? also it looks like the plate used to cause the reverse flow smoker doesn't look like the plate goes all the way to the fire box, it that true or is it just the way it looks on the video? thanks again for all your videos
