For people that f2p or a little dolphin nor whale.. P0 is enough for limited banner and ss tier character... If you can affrod it for p1 you can go for it ..but spending wise... p0 is enough ... There are no ranking between player for prize so yeah ..

Agreed. I only pulled P2 because limited banner and I really liked the character. Not to mention, upcoming banners don't interest me.
