I agree, but I think it should be limited to specific characters. Having i3 to all lower rarity characters doesn't seem like a good idea.

Pavia + Zima carried me through 3 story chapters, even though i got many 5* and 6* i was too lazy to build them so i always use them, occasionally changing the third member. But chapter 4 is really hard i had to change to higher rarity characters that can be i3 😭

pavia and zima are so ridiculously broken early game then they become useless in chapter 4 and so on😭its so sad because i really love their designs as 4 stars, they deserve to be 5 stars or more. sorry for this rant im gonna go on about, i really hope they find a way to make the lower rarity characters useful for something like a challenge in uttu or a side game mode, or maybe even in the main game, of course there's people saying stuff like "oh but then nobody will pull for the 6 stars and spend money and that's bad for them!!" but in reality this "clairvoyance effect" that's going on in the game is whats really killing it. thanks to jiu and other really good 6 stars, people can now melt through content in the game after 1.5 and beyond while being 100% f2p because this game is generous, almost too generous, where you can plan your pulls carefully and complete everything if you're somewhat grindy too. not saying that providing uses for the lower rarities will fix this, im just saying either way this game is really REALLY generous, that people can melt through the content and leave nothing for them to do. at least providing this for the players will give something to do for the players who enjoy lower star rarities.

Cristallo is such a kind character. If this was any other gacha game we would see her get better at some point but with Reverse 1999 I don't think we'll be that lucky. Eagle please take sometime to be a child and don't force yourself into the role of a solider.

I went through my characters and that makes total sense, some are more clear than others but a clear example would be Blonney, her I2 she seems younger 😊

This was so good. Great editing all around. I so wish the lower tiers could be elevated somehow. I am playing Arknights right now as well, and they have a system where three and four stars are helpful in late game through promotions. Pavia, Eagle, Cristal, and Winter are helpful. My word Pavia helped me when this game launched, and I try to use him whenever I can. His personality is too much fun. I got his skin as appreciation for his work. Eagle helps Jessica with an added debuff and hits hard with the Ultimate. Also very helpful early game and in some UTTU. Got her skin as appreciation. Her backstory with her dad is sad. La Source was a jerk to toy with her. Cristallo. She is such a sweetie. Her voice actor did a great job getting me to care. I leveled her up and try to put her with Jessica as well. Buff and debuff. Her story is hopeful, and she is one of the few characters to be nice to the reporter for the magazine section. Winter. I want his later skin so bad. He is underrated! He helped me when Limbo got buffed. He has buff and healing bonuses, making sure my squad survived tough hits. I also relate to him because he is so careful with his words, and like 6 enjoys solitude, but in a more, please, "I'm too awkward way." I had him on my front page, and you could feel the awkward. ^_^. Thank you for this exe!

I appreciate the effort this video took! As someone who's built both Pavia and Zima (Complete portraits, insight2 + level 50, resonance 5, good psycubes), I have to say that the two of them are really fun to use! With Pavia, his two normal attacks are good for crowd control and have a similar damage output to my 5*s. Not to mention, his burst is so broken; I've had him do like 12k noncrit damage before. And with Zima, he's great at buffing, and on the occasion I use him as a DPS he does the job well. Plus, their personalities are interesting to explore as well! Also Cristallo honey why must you hurt me this way :,)

Yeah, I raise my 5 and 6 stars to i3 20-30, not above, that is enough for all endgame. I still use low rarities in mixed teams tho. Pavia goes as a sub-dps to my Melania and owns the job. Still, wish I could raise him further.
