Having afflatus disadvantage and still hitting 5 mil is insaneee

Disadvantage just means you take more dmg from them, not deal reduced dmg. At least with this way, you're not forced to strictly obey the afflatus advantages

afflatus disad means enemies deal more dmg to you and you deal neutral damage while afflatus ad is the other way around, enemies deal neutral dmg to u while u deal more dmg to them

For raids what is the minimum lvl to not get blasted?

Depends on the raid and characters you use. I leave my supports and sustains at i3 Lv30 and my DPS gets levelled to max.
