People keep saying 37 isn't worthy until p3, but mate look at that damage. Truly future proof follow up attack. In this point, don't fully trust tier list and play the game with character you like~

p3 is for solo/carry 37, here 37 is buffed by jui's follow up spam. but yeah, regardless of portrait 37 is a great unit with lot of synergies. and in the future we can always lose a 50/50 for her portraits

She's absolutely fine with p0 and even better on p1-p2, but some of people look her down just because her potential lay on her portrait, especially p3 to become solo carry, and say she isn't worth it on p0. 37 more shine with follow up team now and in the future there is a lot of updates with follow up mechanisms. Why didn't people look at her as a sub-damage dealer rather solo carry? Her kit is fine without portrait after all. That just makes me sad to see people say she's less worthy and more worse with her tier on tier list plus a few CC who say 37 at p0 not worth (⁠╯⁠︵⁠╰⁠,⁠). She's fine for now and more shine with future update especially with Jiu. I can't wait her release on Global Server.

As somebody with both P0 and P5 37, I think 37 isn't worth it until P2. I found P5 Charlie to perform similarly to my P0 37 in limbo. Obviously 37 outperforms Charlie in raid, but raid is optional until 1.6 changes imo. For many f2p players without P5 Charlie, P0 37 is an amazing pull, but consider that there are much more meta defining characters coming like 6 and Jiu or Spath + Isolde, the meta beast team that is quite expensive. Above P0, 37 is much stronger that P5 Charlie. P2 & P4 basically double her damage, P1 is an great crit boost (great enough to where I find 37 doesn't even need TF support) and P3/P5 really only matters in raid/longer fights. If you look at the difference between P0 and P3, anybody would say P0 isn't "worth it". About 37 future performance, Jiu + 37 is a very strong duo in limbo/raid/uttu, but I would rather skip this banner, save pulls for Jiu & her copies, then get 37 on her rerun instead, since limited banners have separate pity. From personal experience, I was very unlucky with Jiu banner, so that is my pull recommendation. Isolde and Ezra are also quite good with 37, though they are both quite odd to use with her in limbo and I would only recommend them in raid. TL;DR: 37 is kinda mid at P0 (if u have P5 Charlie built) and save pulls for Jiu and pull 37 on her rerun, if u skip her for Jiu.

37 is more support oriented and benefits a lot from Jiu Nianzi’s + Isolde’s follow ups. I’d argue that there’s no need to run a “pure” dual carry in the sense that both Jiu Niangzi and Spathodea are selfish, brute force damage dealers. In my opinion, 37 has a lot more to offer than Spathodea in this particular team. In three man content with Isolde + sustain, however, clearly Spathodea would be the better choice compared to 37.
