@RosidinAli suggested to use a full poison team with Jessica, Sotheby, Rabies, and Kanjira. Kanjira is pretty restrictive if you want to make the most of her Insight 1 sequence. You can definitely do fine without following it though, so don't feel obligated to follow it. I felt that her poison uptime was good enough to keep up at least 2 poison stacks on the enemy. Let me know if there's anything you want me to try out in game for future videos.

I don't have Jessica and been debating if I should build kanjira but kinda sad she hits one enemy, I have portray one sotheby and kinda sad can't use her well without a poison carry

Kanjira's ultimate is AoE at least. Both Kanjira and Sotheby can work as a poison carry. For Sotheby, you just have to use her burst at the end of a chain since you'll be removing all the poison stacks.
