Bang Chan has made another generalized anti-hate video. Bang Chan anti hate video : chan explains THAT meme, chats, proceeds to call out toxic "stays" It also doesn't help, as Stray Kids had hoped. But Kim Woojin haters/anti-fans and (toxic) STAYs ignore the anti-hate videos as if they don't exist. Bang Chan, Changbin and Han are wasting their precious time. I thought Kim Woojin haters/anti fans and (toxic) STAYs respect Bang Chan, Changbin and Han. I've been a real fan of Stray Kids /STAY since 2017 (Hellevator, 2018 Pre debut ) . I've been a real Kim Woojin fan since 2017 and a CUB. I am neutral. For me as a real Stray Kids fan/STAY, this applies to both sides: No hate. No incitement. No mean or stupid comments. No bullying. No needling. No underhandedness. For me as a real Stray Kids fan/STAY, They want to keep Stray Kids together, not separate them. I don't discuss it anymore either. Info: JYP statement: Kim Woojin left Stray Kids for personal reasons. And personal reasons are personal reasons . He doesn't have to reveal it. It's his decision whether he does it or not. And he doesn't do it. Very easily. Of course it will be discussed with JYP. But he doesn't have to say the reason publicly if he doesn't want to. These rumors and accusations (He is innocent of everything) have nothing to do with JYP/Stray Kids and Kim Woojin. These rumors and accusations came after he left the group. Kim Woojin wasn't kicked out. Kim Woojin didn't break any JYP rules. Kim Woojin did not commit a breach of contract. Kim Woojin's departure from JYP was normal.

You mean STAYs that harassed WooJin during his time with Skz? You mean the STAYs that fell for those lies and still harass WooJin? WooJin left for multiple reasons. 1. His own health. 2. To hopefully take the hate with him away from the group. 3. To reevaluate his life. He almost didn't continue singing and that would be the greatest crime committed by STAYs. JYPE chose the release date for WooJin. They finally realized WooJin wasn't going to stay with JYPE. They chose enough time for the members to pick who would sing WooJin's parts and learn the revised choreography. The fact that WooJin was in one of the videos shows he was willing to stay until after the comeback. JYPE didn't want WooJin to get more royalties than he already is getting. The fact that so many of you don't realize 3 Idols died that year. That it's the company and the fans that are to blame for WooJin leaving to not become a 4th Idol to leave us that year. STOP whining about professionals being asked to do their jobs and they did it very well within the deadline provided by JYPE!

The amount of hatred toward Woojin has NEVER made sense. He didn’t commit any crime, yet he was accused of all kinds of things, including abusing SKZ (it’s insane that people think Chan or JYPE would let that happen). Woojin just left the group. That’s it. I'll try and explain it to you - Basically, for five years now, since he left, his haters haven't let the topic rest. If you check the comments on his IG, they're more or less always the same. Haters would demand an apology from him, call him selfish and all sorts of insults. It's not like he wouldn't see the comments. Whenever he goes LIVE, haters are always there, commenting the same thing. Media insists on referring to him as the "ex-member." Collectively, they've all turned his departure from the group into a traumatic experience for him. The huge hate trains all result from it. And he has to live with it, day in and day out. There's a limit we can all bear. Woojin has lived with this for years. Heaven knows how the trauma affected him, but I can see it still scares him. And who wouldn't want to break free? To escape the people who keep traumatizing you? To appease them so they'll leave you alone? I believe his apology is genuine and the result of a lot of thought and reflection. But I also feel it was the constant forcing of his departure onto him by antis, that led to this. At any rate, it's his experience, and he should be allowed to talk about it.

It's sad that there are so many Stays hating on him, because this makes it extremely hard for Baby Stays to understand everything....when I became a Stay last year I didn't like Woojin, because he was either cut from compilations / blurred out (you just weren't able to really connect with him) or they made him look like the bad guy...it took me about 5 months until I found some storys on wattpad, etc. that showed their real relationship (I wasn't able to watch the old content yet, because I was still catching up on all the newer content and because my brain already had that negative connection with Woojin) and some other clips, that finally made me curious about him. And now? I love him just as much as I do love the Skz members. I love his music and now I'm able to support them both. Hearing things like he got bullied by Stays and then was made the bad guy made me feel so bad for him...and it's something that won't get in my head....like...why?? Why does someone do that?? If you are constantly told as a Baby Stay that he is the bad guy (and he's not!), it's really really hard to take that step to get to know him better....(at least it was for me)... And he definetly doesn't deserve this... The only thing they have to do is to accept it and respect both sides....and just support them individually...(or ignore him for my sake, if that helps somehow, but don't hate him) Because they hurt not only Woojin (and Skz), but also Baby Stays...You just don't know which content you can trust.... I hope this gets better soon...

All I know is, i hope Woojin is able to be able to move forward and make his dreams come true. Being in kpop world since Gen 2, i am trully glad he made that decision. He put himself first and THATS OKAY. After what happen to Jonghyun and Sulli or Go Hara, i will NEVER EVER underestimate someone's struggle in any way, until they NEED to make such hard decision,, like leaving a group. Bro, with the amount of hatred he still receives to this day, you would've thought he murdered and robbed an old lady. But no, he just quit his job to work in another place 💀 Well, when I was in college, I saw what he did as a total betrayal. But when I entered the workforce myself, the whole hatred is baffling, to the point of looking like a childish tantrum. Sure, I was annoyed when my coworker suddenly quit and left me with a load of works behind, with added pressures from my higher ups. But never once I wished them getting falsely accused of a serious criminal like SA. And I eventually moved on to focus on my own job, with them getting their new ones. I wish fans, whether Kpop fans or other celebrities' fans, will realize that no matter how much you want to see your favorite groups as families, you should realize being an idol is A JOB. And you won't aways fit in to your work environment, thus the reason people will quit and change their workplace. No matter how supportive and kind my coworkers are, there are moments where I just wanna leave due to the workplace not fitting for me. And yes, it's highly possible that I will still enter the same industry because my expertise is on that field. I just change my location and direct environment. Vi que las algunas personas (que lo odian) estan destacando la parte en la que el dice que era joven y "egoista". Yo les pregunto ¿Priorizar la salud tanto fisica como mental de uno, es egoista? Enserio piensan eso?? Sí, el no priorizó la salud mental de los otros integrantes por eso él asimismo se llama egoísta pero sabiendo todo el hate que le caía estando en el grupo y más encima siendo joven, tal vez el haya pasado un mal momento y no sabiamos. Si bien como idol una de las cosas a las que se tienen que enfrentar es al odio que le caen de otra gente, no pueden ignorar el hecho de que Woojin era el menos preferido del grupo y que si había un claro favoritismo entre st4y (como todos los grupos en general, aceptemoslo). Hay muchos clips que demuestran que st4y (no todas) no quería a Woojin, lo llamaban g0rd0, le decian que retrasaba al grupo, que era feo incluso existe un video en donde ellos estaban en un fanmeeting y era el cumpleaños de Woojin y ninguna st4y quiso cantarle el cumpleaños y de hecho Ch4n le tuvo que decir que por favor cantasen. Tambien a las dieta (que recalco otra vez, los idols tambien se somenten a dietas), como él ya había hablado antes, cuando estaba en el grupo, jyp lo sometió a una dieta donde solo comía una barra de proteína al día y nada más que eso a excepción de los días domingo dónde podía comer lo que quisiera y él elegía pollo. Esos tal vez fueron solo algunos de los factores por el cual Woojin se fue del grupo, más las cosas que no sabemos (y que por eso supongo yo, en el comunicado de cuando él se fue decía "temas personales"). Y más encima con todo lo que pasó en el 2020. Yo realmente lo admiro por la fortaleza que él tuvo para no quitarse la vida como lamentablemente otros idols. Le hicieron un rumor falso sobre que había ac0sad0 a una chica y que había maltr4t4do a los integrantes. Le filtraron el número de teléfono, amenazaron de mu3rt3 a su madre, le hicieron la vida imposible. El confesó que no se lo deseaba a nadie pasar por lo que él había pasado diciendo que sufrió de ansiedad (probablemente depresión tambien por todo lo que dijo) y algunas veces en serio se preguntaba si era el Villano. Ahora replanteese si él en verdad fue egoísta o no.

We do not know what was going on at the time and why he made the decision he did. Seeing their bond in the past I feel it was an incredibly hard decision he made. I do know the negativity he had to endure from some fans at the time while still in the group. Yes it was difficult for Skz to rerecord and redo everything they had to due to his leaving. If they made the album with WooJin, they would have to renegotiate payment for WooJin being on the album. They didn't rerecord songs WooJin has creative rights to. Again, it's a money thing with JYPE. A fellow fan even said that they read that it was used for the members to get used to their new parts as well.

I'm a baby stay so i had to do a lot of research about him. I dont understand why a lot of stays are hating him. All those countless accusations without proof and hate threads are merciless. He's a talented artist, someone who truly has a deep relationship with music. His decisions might have hurt people, but we cannot force him to continue doing what he doesnt want. You must not know about the petition to kick Woojin out of the group while he was in the group, the reason was that he is "ugly" and was bringing down the group, accusations of him going to bars, and the constant cyber-bullying he received. No, none of that existed, right? Be for real. I forgot one thing, he was still following SKZ even after he left but the fans hated it, so he just unfollowed them. But this stuff never gets talked about with "fans" because it's a stain on the fandom. Most stays still attack Woojin because they believe If he apologised sincerely to them, why did chan feel hurt? Someone apologizing to a person doesn't immediately remove possible hurt the person being apologised too might have. Just as you have imagined that woo never apologized to them, and just left abruptly, so you feel this apology should be directed to the skz members, it's possible he's apologising to the knowledge of fans publicly, because they're the ones still harrasing him till today. He's apologising to prevent harassment, and your solution somehow is to harras him more. I get you might not like the guy, but when you view his actions from the lens of a human being, who's trying all possibilities to end all the hate that comes his way, I think you'd sympathize with his situation a bit more. He is literally treated worse than a criminal. You guys send him hate as though he ended your individual bloodlines or something. It's quite odd. Even if you think he left on bad terms, why are you taking it upon yourselves to send hate on behalf of stray kids, when you don't know the details of what led up to his leaving, and how it all went down in private. You're attacking him based on an illusion you've painted in your head. Skz feeling hurt is valid, apology from woo for more workload on them, or not. Woo feeling hurt and wanting to leave a job to explore his musicality in a way that he feels suits him better is valid. He's most likely apologizing because he thinks it will reduce the hate he still gets 4 years later. I get that stays have tunnel vision to the pain the skz members might have gone through having their friend leave their shared job, but I think if this is viewed as a situation with real human beings, not fictional characters or made up scenarios or speculations, If this is viewed with a realistic perspective, all this hate would have ended ages ago.

Cubs won't let stays gaslight us when the majority of your fandom actively sends kim Woojin hate. I really appreciate this apology. Ever since i've learned of Woojin (as I became a stay after he left), i've never been comfortable with the immense hate he got, but i do have to say that him leaving so suddenly and then saying nothing also didn't sit right with me. I a group, the members have to think about the group as a whole. Although they are all individuals, there are certain responsibilities that come with being in a group working for a common goal. Everything that you do affects the other members, and it is evident that his departure did hurt the group. And he said it himself, that he focused on his situation first (3:22) and because of that, the group was hurt. He has really matured since then and I love seeing the growth. It does not matter to me that the apology is 'late' because it has to be an apology that stems from growth and genuine regret. I feel his sincerity in this apology and would like to wish him blessings as he continues his career in this new direction
