If you can say anything other than the words in the clue, you could literally say "act out trimming a woman's fringe at the salon". And if it has to be individual micro actions, you can say "move your left arm up as if you're trimming a woman's fringe at the barber, then move your right arm up as if you're trimming a fringe, then pretend your fingers are scissors and snip snip snip"
