Hi, Nicole. My favorite glue books are done this way.I used spiral bound art books.I didn't know they were called reverse collage. I am just starting my third one. This one will be a gardening theme. It is a binder. I haven't used any paint yet, but hope to start with this one. I have added puffy stickers, rub-ons, personal photos, and other ephemera to the first ones. I removed pages from all of these to help with the bulk and fussy cut the pages I removed. These are so much fun. Love your pages. Nancy in Nevada

Oh cool, this is how I was gonna do my cat glue book. I have a cat book that I wanted to do the same thing to, basically. There's a lot of good pictures in it but also a lot of text and I plan to cover the text or pictures I don't like so much with my collection of cat images.

Oh yes I love the reverse collage, I sometimes do that in my Abandoned Books, I saw that on Dede Willingham's channel. FYI: he's not a cheetah he's a Leopard not sure which one though, might be the Amur Leopard, feet are bigger and shorter legs and a different shaped face to the Cheetah which has a black line around his nose, they also have longer thinner legs that's what makes them so fast..... 🐆😁😁 Love those big cats, I did a little Google check to make sure I wasn't making it up 😉🤭❤️❤️❤️

Be grateful you can still get free catalogues - Australia went virtually digital about 10 years ago so it's almost impossible to get a physical catalogue of any kind, free or not. I would suggest the USA will eventually go the same way.

I watched @treasuresonpaper make a Christmas themed book this way with an old Southern Living(?) Christmas book. I started something like this for Halloween this weekend using a Disney Villains Happy Planner I had never used. Hadn’t heard it called reverse gluebooking before. Fun!

I normally would cut this book up, and then use the images in a glue book. With a reverse collage glue book, I'm not cutting the book up, but just collaging around the images I want to keep.
