I used mirror spray for glass from Cadence but there's also Pentart making both for glass and plastic, and Rustoleum

Wonderful technique. Liked the original one a bit more than the one you demonstrated. Birds, dogs, do you also have kitty cats??? Lively house. I will be using this method in one of my projects. Thanks for demonstrating.

You can do plastic but it's a different medium with glass effect, specially for plastic. Pentart does both types.

There are different brands available, Stamperia, Pentart, Cadence, Rust - Oleum. Check your local art shop or look online.

There are two of them that I use, 1. Patina anticante ombra from Stamperia or 2. Antique paste bitumen from Pentart

Instead of acrylic? I suppose you can though I have never tried. The coverage might be a bit lighter probably but should work 😊
