why i am not getting any options in the skecth tab and model tab it is all blank after installing geomagic design X 2020... could you please advice me what to do

Which was the format you imported the cloud of points? I got it in .E57 and .dwf but I can't introduce it in design X. Any suggestion?

DesignX supports a myriad of formats, including .e57. The file we've used in the video is in an STL polygonal mesh.
