It is presumed that Thawne killed Earth-X's version of The Flash and took his spot. Another reason is that the writers didn't want to use another evil version of Barry as we just had one last season.

Well Blitzkrieg was supossed to be here, but they decided that there was already one evil barry allen (Savitar) so bringing another would be wierd, they bringed Reverse Flash with cooler design (Black cyber mask). Also pretty sure Reverse Flash killed Blitzkrieg to show that he is worthy joining them.

Back when thawne was this creepy!Now he feels like a punching bag and i don't even know if were gonna get that stable time loop of barry mother dying along his origin story which are miss opportunity!LOL!He feels like a joke and when you compare it too other AU Like the dark apocalips along comics.He has his reason too hate barry now.💢🗯👁‍🗨💬
