The REAL cause for back pain. This has gotten rid of every muscle ache or pain that I have had or any Imbalances, even in my torn meniscus! Absolutely phenomenal program! It even helped my injured rotator cuff. Pain free! 💯

You explain things so well and thoroughly that it all makes sense. I’m 76 and have been on this since May. I don’t know how far I can go with it but it doesn’t really matter. I think you are the reason I’m still moving and walking, not always comfortably, but still moving and hopefully balancing my muscles up as I go. I am so appreciative of your site. Thank you.

What if I can't do the bridge? I can't lift my bottom up its to heavy.

I had the same problem. I started with lifting my bottom just 1 cm up. I'm now 6 weeks further in time and I can lift my bottom all the way and even hold the position for a little bit. The answer was to keep doing it every other day morning and evening and go slow. 👍 you will get there !
