A couple yrs back I was detected varicose veins in one of my testis.I was out of shape, really overweight. I changed my routine and went into the gym... I started heavy lifting, heavy squats, got back in shape. The doctor quoted me about $8,000 to begin with to have it surgical remove, which I couldn't afford. I decided to check myself with a doctor out of the country and he didn't find anything in my testis. My sperm count had increase as well. So if this helps anyone else

All the things which u said in the video I don’t do I don’t smoke, I don’t drink alcohol or coffee, I squat when ever I’m sat on toilet, I’ve have not had constipation since childhood, I have a good diet due to my gym life meaning i reduce my sugars and processed food and try to eat healthy and balanced diet, I take multi vitamins and pro and pre biotics and I have an healthy bmi and theirs no one in family who has Varicocele but I have still got Varicocele. Is there other things I can do to reduce my Varicocele and thanks for your videos they are amazing and very helpful. I just really hate this disease which I’ve got and just tired of it.

TheIRtist TheIRtist Hi TheIRtist I got my kidneys scanned when I got my Varicocele scanned. So I think I’m kind of sure that there is no mass, blocked renal vein, or nutcracker because my doctor would’ve told me If so. And how would I know if my lymph node is blocking my vein wouldn’t this also come up on ultrasound when they scanned my kidneys? Once again thanks doc.

I’ve been on TRT and peptides for 2 1/2 yrs. About 3 months after lowering my testosterone dosage and estrogen blocker dosage I started to feel very minor discomfort in my left testical. As the months went on it got increasingly more painful and now the main is persistent. I’m in the early stages of seeing the urologist but every doctor I’ve talked to has said that it has nothing to do with my hormone treatment including the physician overseeing my TRT. FYI she adjusted my dosages bc my estradiol was really low. Any advice would be appreciated bc I get the feeling I’m just gonna be dismissed by the doctors and told “it is what it is” and suck it up. That’s the attitude I’ve been getting from them lately anyway.
