Pwedeng mapababa ang halaga ng construction...wag gagamit ng standard construction materials (cement, angle bars, perforated screen flooring, etc.). Gumamit ng made in China diesel engine na magpapatakbo ng blower O kaya bumili ng 2nd hand Kubota diesel engine, conventional design ng rice hull furnace, etc.
