I have token American Airlines 737-800 from Chicago to Orlando almost 2 month ago the flight had to IFE screens at all. And it was a amazing flight I wanted to take American Airlines 777-300 first class. becuase it has the best first class on American Airlines.

For flights with more than 3 hours, I would grab a subway sandwich (or equivalent) before I board the plane. At least you know what you are eating during flight.

I'm very disappointed with AA. Their standards have really dropped, it's as if they want to be a low cost airline instead of a full service premium airline. Delta and more recently United are trying their best to be a premium full service airline of North America. Personally I think meals should be served from on flights 3hrs or more especially on JFK-LAX, LAX-HNL etc, in other words transcontinental and transpacific flights. Hopefully United follow Delta's lead by serving free meals on Hawaiian flights. Great video too. 🤜🏿🤛🏿

Actually, as far as I know and flown, Delta still does not serve a meal on JFK-LAX flights. United doesn't either in economy. So I think AA is the only one serving a meal on transcon, so honestly I feel like the general mood of Delta and United being more premium is in their advertising and PR. Today I flew a Delta economy from Bogota to Atlanta and I won't even feed that sandwich to my dog.

I love the A321T. It would be sad if the rumors came true that it will be gone in 2024. I flew out of Gate 4 as well.

No, only on premium routes such as JFK-LAX and BOS-LAX

@@sheas9779 Well that's because BOS-LHR (Or LGW) is an international flight. International flights always have 2 meal services or in some rare occasions 3 meal services.

Sadly on a route I fly often (MEX-DFW) American is the only viable option; if Aeromexico had more than one daily flight on that route I’d go with them
