Can you tell me what book you are using? I can not find coloring books for adults that have watercolor paper.

It's a coloring book by Karolina Kubikowska, Imaginary Friends I don't know if it's still a available but decomade.pl sells some of her books. They have great service and shipping

I got the 36 pack for Christmas this year and I'm watching to try to find out how to use the watercolour part or if I'm just not using the right kind of paper for this. I haven't finished the video but at least I know they work and I'm not just ripped off.

Same! The technique that shes using is pretty good, but I haven't tried it yet. And if you ARE wondering what kind of paper to use, probably use watercolor paper. Just a little recommendation I guess ^w^

@@aribugz_ Thanks for the recommendation. I've found that Printer paper or really any papet that's thick enough to not bleed through holds enough opacity for it work, but I'll see if I can find any watercolour paper near me.

Your paper has indeed to be fairly thick to do this technique. But sometimes it also can be hard if the paper sucks up the water and color too quick. It is a search to find the right book and paper. Once you discovered what type works best they really work well, don't worry 🙂

@@aribugz_ thanks ! The book I was coloring in has indeed quite thick paper. Not sure if it's 'real' watercolor paper but it worked. Sometimes it really is search and hit and miss because not every thick paper does what I want 😁

Pros and Cons to both but Sharpies stink but these will bleed with pens and water. It really depends on what you're doing with them at school.
