I test-drove the US version of this around Los Angeles a while back. The 2.0L Ecoboost petrol engine is very nice...always felt that there enough power available. It was good going around corners and when parking, and the interior was comfortable, which is a plus during long drives in traffic. I'm not surprised the Kuga/Escape is a very popular model out here.

I was testing it out for my dad, who's thinking about it now. He's not as much into cars as I am, so he asked me to test it out for him and report back. However I would certainly consider one of these for myself.

Michael Rivera Well il back you up by saying it is a very good car. Obviously he should shop around and make comparisons between the Escape and other similarly priced crossovers first of course.

Good video, but please improve on the Audio. its really annoying, when you were on the freewawy, the wind noise. With a better mic I am sure you can eliminate that. PS: You did not mention anything on fuel consumption. Or did i miss it??

It's a bit Irish, to compare the Kuga to a Kia Sportage, which a cheap Korean knockoff, at the end of the day, no Korean cars have refinement, they just are dull.
