wow that thing looks and sounds REALLY good. I watched a review of [another brand]'s GP40-2 and I don't think it holds a candle to this model. The sound on this is far better! Nice review and great camera work and focus. You've got the model in perfect, crystal clear focus on the tracks. Makes seeing the details easy

Great Review. I have two of these. My only issue is the roof AC Unit is the wrong color for 7623. I'm guessing the photos they used were well into the UP era.

Athearn should definitely make ml 4000s. I bet that SP modelers like me would I’ve that even if it’s not in our scale.

Did you mention the GP40P-2? Also seen in all types of service. SP 3197 -3199, to SP7600 - 7602. To UP 1371 & 1373. Anyways, great review. I just settled for one, WP.
