This was one of our favourite sites on the 101. We stayed the second row from the ocean and being able to walk out and see the ocean was so amazing. Worth it for sure!

I think because it’s September it’s cheaper like $65 but I bet you are correct when it’s busy summer season. We stayed in the back 😂
